Bay Cities Brokerage Transportation
Advanced Health member benefits include free transportation for medical visits, pharmacy pick-ups and dental and mental health appointments. Rides are provided by Bay Cities Brokerage. Please call Bay Cities Brokerage to schedule your ride at least two business days in advance, if possible.
Schedule a Ride
Step 1
- Call Bay Cities Brokerage call center Monday – Friday between 8 am and 5 pm to arrange your ride.
- Please call at least two business days in advance. If at all possible, please schedule your transport requests in advance to ensure a provider is available.
- You can schedule a ride up to 90 days in advance.

Step 2
- Have the following information ready when you schedule your ride:
- Member ID number
- Appointment date and time
- Name and phone number of your doctor or health care provider
- Bay Cities Brokerage will call the doctor’s office or pharmacy to verify appointment or prescription pick up.
