This subcommittee works, in part, to encourage physical activity in the community.  We are supporting a physical activity program through Oregon State University Extension called Walk with Ease.

If you’re interested in learning more about how to implement the program at your site, please contact the local Walk With Ease Program Coordinator.  You can also enroll in the self-directed program online through OSU Extension.  Once you register, you will receive a free guidebook and weekly coaching emails throughout the six-week program.
