Community Health Assessment (CHA) – Coos and Curry Counties

The Community Health Assessment (CHA) identifies significant health needs facing the community. Examples of data gathered in the CHA are county demographics, social, economic, and environmental factors, health, transportation, housing, public safety, education, land use, and air quality.  Advanced Health conducts an assessment of the community’s health at least every 5 years to help us prioritize our work in the community. Assessment helps guide where our Community Health Improvement Plan should focus.
